Rachel can be found observing new blooms, drawing things around her, drinking tea or espresso while design thinking, photographing in 35mm, and writing the world's movements.
Her curiousity and passion for culture and innovation continuously motivates her to travel and seek novel connections and knowledge. It's why she likes to ask memorable questions, make her own jewelry, learn new languages, and travel 5200m above sea level (a.k.a. Mt. Everest base camp level).
She is a native of Hong Kong and Chicago, and currently resides in Toronto. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and sustainability from the University of British Columbia, she is intrigued by the way people behave and make decisions, and how their interactions with their environment affect those behaviours. She hopes to improve those interactions to be more efficient, sustainable, and innovative.
Inspired by the art around her, the little projects showcased are how she uses her creativity and curiousity to connect with her environment using different media and perspectives.
